Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to support clients, including the creation of crisis management and behavioral guidelines.

  • Timely completion of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.

  • Employ evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance assessment practices.

  • Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our organizational standards of care.

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and those in need of support for developmental disabilities. You will work with patients from varying backgrounds, requiring a deep understanding of cultural competencies and individualized care approaches.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a Mental Health related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation for practice.

  • An independent LMHC license is mandatory to provide the highest standard of care in compliance with state regulations.
