Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to dysrhythmias
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Massachusetts RN License (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion (strongly required)
- Active American Heart Association BLS (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association PALS (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Traveler must have their own personal vehicle for this assignment
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- Background working in a high-volume or teaching hospital environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
