Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at The Benjamin Healthcare Center LLC in Boston, MA. As a key member of our facility's leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure the highest level of quality and safety in all maintenance activities. Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance activities, including repair and maintenance of facility equipment, appliances, and systems

Lead a team of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure completion of tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure long-term sustainability of facility assets

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential maintenance issues

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to maintenance and upkeep of healthcare facilities
Requirements:
*Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting
*Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
*Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
*Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
