Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, identifying mental health needs, strengths, and goals.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances and challenges.

  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families across a range of modalities, creating a safe space for dialogue and healing.

  • Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices to promote therapeutic progress.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will provide care to individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your approaches will be tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont or eligibility for licensure in the state.

  • Two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

  • Strong proficiency in recognized therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with effective verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
