This position offers a full-time opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM. As a licensed counselor operating in a remote telehealth setting, you will connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with mental health regulations. Key Responsibilities\n
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough evaluations for new clients to assess their mental health needs and establish baseline data.
- Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.
- Providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Collaborating with clients in setting meaningful therapy objectives and tracking their progress over time.
- Maintaining precise and secure client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in record-keeping.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain informed about emerging trends in mental health therapy, providing opportunities for continuous learning.

Qualifications\n
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

- A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- An active license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont.
- Sound knowledge of, and proficiency in, evidence-based therapeutic modalities ideal for a remote care setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- An adaptable approach, demonstrating both independence when needed and collaboration within a virtual team environment.

Preferred Experience\n
A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience providing telehealth services and those who have worked with a diverse range of client needs–particularly in a virtual setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
