Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methodologies.

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote client engagement and healing.
  • \n

  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • \n

  • Maintain clear and accurate therapeutic documentation in compliance with licensing board standards.
  • \n

  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, best practices, and collaborative strategies aimed at enhancing client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse adult population, many of whom may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships with your clients and support their personal growth and healing through tailored mental health interventions.

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • \n

  • An active and unrestricted license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) that permits unsupervised practice of mental health therapy.
  • \n

  • Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients, with proven success in creating a positive therapeutic environment.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated expertise in performing intake assessments, treatment planning, and developing and implementing effective therapy strategies.
  • \n

  • Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping in alignment with best practices.
  • \n

  • A clean disciplinary record with no logs against your professional license in any jurisdiction.
  • \n

Preferred Experience\n

  • Specialization or additional training in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
  • \n

  • Experience working in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of mental health diagnostics and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a sign-on bonus for your expertise and commitment.
