We are seeking Mental Health NP for an outpatient opening in Boston, Massachusetts. The organization is flexible to either experienced candidates or New Graduate candidates - up to 24 hours per week
Need Psych Nurse Practioner
Monday - Friday schedule provides Work / Life balance. Choose your two days in office and 1 remote day!
Add to your current work load or cut back to 24 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be a bilingual / Haitian Creole speaking applicant to fit the patient population in the local area

Job Details
1. Licensed MA Nurse Practioner with Behavioral Health experience
2. Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated understanding of cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
5. Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
6. Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
