Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to understand your clients' unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Collaborate with clients to establish specific, measurable therapeutic goals, and regularly review and adjust those goals based on their progress.
- Offer both in-person and teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to traditional counseling.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure best practices in client privacy and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to refine clinical skills and remain informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude to effectively support clients in their varying experiences and challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment timelines.
