Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with individual clients and couples, facilitating therapy sessions that address various family dynamics and personal challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and their families.
- Providing both individual and couple counseling sessions to address issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, and conflict resolution among family members.
- Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve dynamics and promote healthier relationships.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care and address any comorbid conditions.
- Staying abreast of best practices and evidence-based interventions in marriage and family therapy.

Your client focus will include adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
