Job Details
• Inpatient General Surgery position
• 36 hours per week
• Day/night rotating shifts
• Requires 2+ years level 1 experience
• Requires 1+ years travel experience

Job Requirements
• 2+ years level 1 experience required
• 1+ years travel experience required
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
• MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
• Both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
• MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
• TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience
• 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
• MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• MGB Education Verification through background check company
• MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
• MGB Beeline Attestation completed by all new applicants
