Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist and people-focused leader to serve as a Clinic Director within our growing outpatient orthopedic practice.

Our Clinic Directors balance clinical excellence with team leadership. You’ll maintain a patient caseload while mentoring clinicians, strengthening clinic culture, supporting daily operations, and helping your team deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Unlike high-volume practices, we prioritize quality over quantity. Our clinicians provide one-on-one care without double-booking requirements, complete full-hour evaluations, and have the autonomy to treat patients the right way.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic’s team, culture, clinical quality, and overall performance.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and deliver evidence-based, one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care.
• Coach, mentor, and support Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and Front Desk Ambassadors.
• Establish clear expectations and provide consistent feedback and accountability.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient outcomes, scheduling, productivity, and patient-experience metrics.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across the clinic.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help develop future clinicians and leaders within the organization.
• Model Concierge PT’s values and maintain a positive, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or team-development experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach employees, navigate difficult conversations, and maintain accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in developing people and building a healthy clinic culture.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and continued professional growth.
