Job Title: Learning Specialist
Position: Full-Time, Onsite
Dates: ASAP June 2026
Hours: Full-time (school-based schedule)

Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Learning Specialist to support studentsfor the remainder of the 20252026 school year. This onsite role focuses on partnering closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted academic and behavioral support aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The Learning Specialist will play a key role in instruction, intervention, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with lead teachers to support an optimal learning environment

• Co-plan lessons with academic teachers to meet diverse learner needs

• Provide push-in and pull-out services aligned with IEPs

• Write IEP goals, reports, and progress updates

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring records

• Supervise student groups as assigned and support school routines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required

• Prior experience working as a Learning Specialist

• Special Education license preferred (licensure flexibility available)

• Experience working in an urban school environment

• Reading certification preferred
