Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in Oracle Cloud Field Service and CRM/CX implementations.
- Proficiency in configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud Field Service and CRM/CX modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture and its integration points.
- Experience in managing complex service processes and customer experience solutions.
- Experience in integration with Oracle Cloud FI and SCM modules.
- Experience with providing guidance on service workflow best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Oracle Cloud Field Service and CRM/CX solution implementation.
- Configure and deploy high-complexity Field Service and CRM/CX solutions.
- Collaborate with onshore, offshore, and client stakeholder teams.
- Provide best practice guidance for service workflows and customer engagement.
- Support seamless integration with the existing Oracle Cloud FI and SCM suite.
- Manage complex service processes to align with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Service modules.
