PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Rutland Center for Living &amp; Rehabilitation – Rutland, VT SNF / LTC Setting
Rutland Center for Living &amp; Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled therapy team in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care environment.

Position Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT
</li>
<li>
Provide skilled interventions to improve residents’ independence and quality of life
</li>
<li>
Accurately document treatments and progress notes
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes
</li>
<li>
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Vermont
</li>
<li>
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and documentation skills
</li>
<li>
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
</li>
