\nMaxim Healthcare Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for school-based opportunities in the Westfield, MA area. We are actively building a pipeline of qualified nurses for upcoming assignments supporting students in local school districts. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities may be available based on district needs.\n
\n
\nNew graduates are encouraged to apply. School nursing experience is preferred but not required.\n

\nPaid training and ongoing clinical support\n

Responsibilities\n
\n
\nProvide skilled nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day.\n
\n
\nAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols.\n
\n
\nMonitor students with chronic and acute health conditions.\n
\n
\nRespond to health concerns and emergency situations.\n
\n
\nMaintain accurate health records and nursing documentation.\n
\n
\nCollaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student success.\n
\n
\nAssist with the implementation of individualized healthcare plans.\n
\n
\nPerform other nursing duties as assigned.\n
\n
Qualifications\n
\n
\nCurrent Massachusetts LPN license.\n
\n
\nCurrent Health Certificate (per facility requirements).\n
\n
\nCurrent PPD or Chest X-Ray.\n
\n
\nCurrent BLS certification.\n
\n
\nPediatric, school nursing, or related healthcare experience preferred but not required.\n
\n
