Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security/compliance settings.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated service desk issues related to Microsoft Office products.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, group policies, and licensing through Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Monitor system performance and availability, applying patches, updates, and configurations as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement IT projects and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Support end-user training and onboarding with a focus on Office 365 tools and best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience in medium-sized company environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and device compliance policies.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, Windows Server, and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
