Summary of Position

A Supervisor is the camp counselor of Cowabunga’s! This person is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations on pace and to expectations, all while maintaining a positive morale and team environment. For our staff, Supervisors set clear expectations, answer questions, and follow up to ensure a job well done. For our guests, Supervisors answer questions, react quickly, and maintain a proactive approach to customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to:)

● All aspects of responsibilities as outlined in the Party Pro job description

● Maintain positive attitude

● Strong attention to detail

● Ability to switch tasks quickly and effectively

● Greet customers with a smile

● Strong Communication via phone and email

● Ability to take direction with little follow up

● Ability to work independently

● Working under strict time deadlines

● Take a leadership role in all aspects of operations

● Answer questions quickly and accurately to our standards

● Ability to handle cash, count change, and reconcile drawers

● Take a positive, respectful approach to delegation

● Lead by example

● Redirect and Refocus employees routinely

● Communicate consistently with store manager and ownership

Cleaning Requirements

At Cowabunga’s, we expect Supervisors to lead by example. The same cleaning expectations we lay out for a party pro are also expected of a Supervisor when the need arises.

A Supervisor will be expected to…

● Maintain bathrooms

● Replace trash barrels

● Maintain family bathroom/changing areas

● Restock cleaning supplies

● Mop and sweep large sections

● Lift, move, reposition furniture to ensure cleanliness

● Scrub-clean various surfaces

● Have work be inspected routinely for optimal results

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to be on feet continuously during shift

● Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently

● Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks

● Ability to work on hands and knees

● Ability to speak clearly and confidently

● Ability to climb ladders

Qualifications

● Have leadership qualities

● At least 18 years of age

● Ability to pass a background check with no concerns

● Reference check(s)
