What we’re seeking:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Massachusetts
• Experience supporting children in school settings, particularly at elementary and/or middle school levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
• Flexibility and positivity in adapting to the needs of different school environments
• Eagerness to implement therapy plans designed by licensed SLPs

Role responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language interventions under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting IEP goals
• Work with students individually and in small groups to target specific communication needs
• Collect and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to ensure effective therapy strategies and progress
• Travel between assigned elementary and middle school locations as needed
