Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment strategies.
- Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively treat individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of mental health topics, fostering a community spirit among participants.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to swiftly assess and manage acute mental health emergencies, with a focus on safety and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with clinical standards and legal requirements, utilizing EHR systems to manage patient records efficiently.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development to enhance competency and remain at the forefront of mental health practices.
- Engage in proactive patient education regarding mental health conditions, available treatments, and local community resources to empower clients on their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will primarily work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, assessment techniques, and evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic services to varied populations.
