What Youll Do
- Help lead daily studio operations alongside the Studio Manager
- Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue
- Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Own key metrics (sales, conversion, utilization, member experience)
- Ensure every member walks out feeling stronger than when they walked in
- Step up and lead when needed this is a true leadership bench role
