Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Hope and Balance, you will be expected to:

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop actionable treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Engage in consultation with clinical teams to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support strategies.
- Complete all necessary documentation in adherence to regulatory standards and within specified time frames, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as appropriate.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and facilitate effective communication within our community frameworks.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and fostering positive relationships with relevant organizations.
- Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems that enhance our clients' care.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities, attending and representing the agency at conferences, workshops, and relevant meetings to grow in the field.
- Promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Inner Hope and Balance within the community and among colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director suited to your expertise and agency needs.
