Job Type: Optometrist

Practice Location: Johnsbury & Montpelier, VT ( 2 days per week at each location)

Population:3,200 (Lancaster) Draw from Coos County 31,200

MD Or Corporate Owned:OD owned - Private Practice

Reason for Job Opening:Last OD relocated to Texas

Partnership Opportunity:Could be a possibility in the future

Target Compensation:$135K/4days a week with full benefits

Bonus Opportunity: Yearly bonuses are currently paid at Employer's discretion

Retirement Program: 401K w/ matching contribution up to 4%

Relocation:$8-10K for relocation assistance

Vacation/PTO:If working 4 days a week, generally receive 16 days of PTO

Target Start Date:As soon as possible

Practice Management:ExamWriter/OfficeMate

Current patient volume: 3,000-3,250 patients a year per doctor

Support Staff: Full support staff; ophthalmic techs, opticians, etc

MDs on Staff: 2 MD's currently on staff

ODs on Staff:7 OD's currently on staff

OD – patient per day expectation: 18-20 patients
