Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Main Street Wellness with Disc Centers of America is growing and is looking for a friendly and motivated assistant to join our team in Nashua, NH! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow as necessary
- Assist the chiropractor with patient preparation and treatment room setup
- Assist with patient therapies which includes Spinal Decompression, Laser, Shock Wave, EMS, Traction and Rapid Release Therapy
- Maintain accurate patient records using chiropractic practice management software
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness recommendations
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready between patient visits
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude
- Chiropractic experience is not required; extensive training is provided
- Prior experience as MA, LNA, CNA, LMT, Health Science Degree, Fitness Certificate or prior patient care experience preferred
- Hours are 1:30pm to 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
