Description
- Oversee and direct MEP subcontractors from the time of contract award to the project’s completion.
- Develop comprehensive schedules for all areas and systems that address all phases of the project inclusive of engineering, coordination, installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning, and turnover.
- Work with the project manager and field staff to coordinate onsite MEP activities, material procurement, and other relevant tasks.
- Identify to the MEP Coordination team any logistical or field issues that should be addressed during their coordination efforts to establish pre-planned solutions.
- Ensure that all work is being executed in accordance with the contract documents and approved submittals.
- Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors, architects, and owners.
- Keep up positive working connections with owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience relating to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to project construction.
- Familiarity with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to manage multi-trade teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, and Bluebeam and maneuvering through shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Firm Principals, senior leadership, and teams across multiple offices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a highly collaborative environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
