Assignment Details

• Duration: 10 weeks

• Schedule: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)

• Shift: Night Shift

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Facility Type: Rehabilitation / Skilled Nursing Facility

Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,455 per week

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting, supporting patient recovery and long-term care needs while maintaining high standards of safety, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician

• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and daily activities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Requirements

• Active LPN license (state valid)

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care preferred)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and documentation proficiency
