Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our client’s medical facility based in Marlborough, MA 01752. This is a 3+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Duration: 3+ months Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Payrate: $22-24.50/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
Schedule: Evening Shift 3:30pm - 12am, rotating weekends & holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick, pull, label, scan, and prepare finished prescriptions for pharmacist final verification.
- Accurately and efficiently fill daily drug orders under pharmacist supervision.
- Process returned medications and handle recycling/disposal according to procedures.
- Pre-pack and label frequently ordered medications; maintain organized storage during low-volume periods.
- Manually package materials and products as needed.
- Apply labels to blister cards and scan products to ensure accuracy; report scanning issues to the pharmacist.
- Replenish stock supplies and maintain clean, organized workstation areas.
- Follow HIPAA and all applicable government regulations.
- Adhere to departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
- Work overtime, holidays, or weekends when required.
Qualifications:
- Highschool/GED or equivalent.
- Active and clear MA Pharmacy Technician License (MA Board of Pharmacy).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and walk intermittently throughout the day.
- May sit or stand for 7–10 hours per shift; extended hours may be required.
- Finger dexterity to operate equipment; lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong visual acuity including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
