SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home support and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Communicate client needs and changes to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client's home

Reliable and able to commit to agreed-upon shifts
