Service Manager Duties:
<ul>
<li>Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers</li>
<li>Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time</li>
<li>Maintain running cost within budget</li>
<li>Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>6+ years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance </li>
<li>Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet</li>
<li>A customer focused mindset</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set</li>
</ul>
