Full-Time Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LMHC / LMFT) – Child & Adolescent Program


Taunton, MA | Hybrid (Office & Remote)
$60,000–$70,000 + differentials for licensure & bilingual skills


About the Role


A leading Community Behavioral Health Center in Taunton, MA is seeking a passionate clinician to join their Child & Adolescent Outpatient Program. This full-time role offers Hybrid Scheduling -a mix of in-person and telehealth work in a supportive, mission-driven environment dedicated to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based care and collaboration.

You’ll provide outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges — while working closely with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and care coordinators.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy
  • Offer crisis counseling and safety planning when needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and team meetings

Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts
  • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and engagement skills
