Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):
-
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
-
Accurately collect and document behavioral data
-
Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
-
Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
-
Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):
-
Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)

Full-time and part-time: 15- 40 hours per week

Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Qualifications for Behavior Technician (BT):

Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience working with children, preferably with autism

Strong behavioral management and communication skills
