As a Partner Integrations Manager, you will be in charge of making, managing, and improving technical integrations with our strategic partners. You will be the link between our internal teams for product, engineering, and business development and our external partners. Your main goals will be to make sure that integration goes smoothly, help partners succeed, and help our ecosystem grow as a whole.
Main Duties:
Integration Management: Plan, carry out, and support all technical integrations with partner organizations from start to finish.
Stakeholder Engagement: Be the main point of contact for partners, keep them updated on a regular basis, and manage their expectations throughout the integration process.
Technical Coordination: Work with the company's engineering, product, and QA teams to make sure that integrations are delivered and maintained on time.
Process Optimization: Create and keep improving the best practices, documentation, and integration processes.
Issue Resolution: Work with both internal and partner teams as needed to troubleshoot and fix technical problems with integrations.
Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on integration performance metrics and report on them, looking for ways to improve and grow.
Building Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners so that they are happy and support your business.
Market and Product Insights: Keep up with what's going on in your industry, your partners' products, and your customers' needs so you can suggest new ways to integrate.
Training and Enablement: Teach partners and people inside the company about integration features, how they work, and any changes that have been made.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or the same amount of experience).
More than three years of experience managing partners, technical projects, or integrations.
A good understanding of APIs, web services, and common integration protocols like REST, SOAP, SFTP, and others.
Proven ability to handle many projects at once and get things done quickly.
Great skills in talking to people, getting along with them, and building relationships.
A mind that is good at analyzing and solving problems.
It would be helpful if you had worked with SaaS products and cloud-based ecosystems before.
Ability to work alone and with others in a remote team setting.
