We are hiring a full-time Rehabilitation Director to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective care delivery for residents.
What You'll Be Responsible For:

<li>Guide daily department functions and ensure efficient workflow</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and evaluate therapy team members</li>
<li>Oversee scheduling, caseload distribution, and service delivery</li>
<li>Ensure programs align with regulatory and reimbursement standards</li>
<li>Partner with facility leadership and clinical teams to support resident care</li>
<li>Track outcomes and implement process improvements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and reporting</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:

<li>Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Experience in a skilled nursing environment</li>
<li>Previous management or lead experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills</li>
