Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, diagnosing clinical issues accurately.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, individual goals, and evidence-based frameworks.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute emotional distress and coordinate emergency support when necessary.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create integrated care plans for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and advocacy strategies to support their needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of current mental health practices and advancements.

Qualifications\n

- Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a similar field is required; a Master's or Doctoral Degree is preferred.
- Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to aid in effective treatment planning.
- Experience of at least two years in a related mental health field, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic setting, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
