Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, South Burlington, Vermont — travel temporary assignment starting 11/24/2026 for several weeks. Earn around $1,886 to $1,951 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift options include evening and/or overnight coverage across long-term care settings.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor residents’ health status, perform routine assessments, and document findings.
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians) to update care plans.
- Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and communication of changes in condition.
- Respond to changes in resident status promptly within scope of practice and escalate as needed.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont (current and in good standing)
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; current licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or geriatric care experience
- Ability to work Evening and/or Overnight shifts
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Education
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current practical nursing license
