Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
- A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
