Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions
- Ensure all guest accounts are accurately processed and maintained
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain security and safety protocols during overnight hours
- Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs as needed
- Support other front desk and administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work on a per diem or as-needed basis
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight hours (11pm – 7am)
