Key Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire OT certificate required
Previous experience in school settings, specifically working with elementary-aged children, is highly desirable
Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
Understanding of IEP development and implementation
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of student needs and learning styles

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students on an elementary caseload, adapting treatment plans to support each individual’s goals
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and maintain IEPs and track student progress
Conduct assessments and maintain clear, accurate documentation in alignment with state and district guidelines
Design engaging, functional interventions that foster students’ independence and participation within the school environment
