Your Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and pleasant home environment

Follow individualized care plans and established routines

Keep the care team updated on changes in clients' needs or conditions
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and responsible

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
