Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals, revisiting and adjusting these plans as needed.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on evidence-based practices and clients' feedback.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans by utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

- A valid Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- An active license as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
