Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals, revisiting and adjusting these plans as needed.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on evidence-based practices and clients' feedback.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans by utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building rapport with a diverse patient population and sensitive to cultural variances in mental health perception and treatment. Qualifications\n

  • A valid Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

  • An active license as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and coordinate with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
