Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they are responsive to the evolving needs of clients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring approaches to suit each client’s unique circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.
- Participate actively in case discussions and treatment planning meetings to share insights, address challenges, and celebrate client progress.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assisting clients in acute distress and coordinating with emergency resources as needed.
