The position is fully remote, enabling counselors to deliver high-quality telehealth services. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to understand their mental health history and current needs, utilizing validated evaluation tools.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.
- Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with organizational policy and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and confidential client records.

- A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
- An active and unrestricted LCMHC license in Vermont or the equivalent of your residing state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
