We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and ensure our facility runs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train maintenance staff
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ensure safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with Production and QC
- Manage budget and purchasing
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years maintenance experience
- Proficient with CMMS
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
- Lift 50+ lbs.
- Work in refrigerated areas
- Operate tools and equipment
Schedule
8–10-hour shifts, 5–6 days/week. Occasional Saturdays and on-call required.
