About the Role:
As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Your duties will include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team

Promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each resident
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses

Develop and maintain a rapport with residents and their families

Participate in communicating relevant information to the nursing team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
