Work Environment\n
This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment while partaking in a structured schedule that aligns with our outpatient clinic's operational hours. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. You will be part of a close-knit team of mental health professionals who share a common goal of improving patient outcomes through collaborative practices.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, facilitating the development of tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing shared mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated patient care, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's mental health are adequately addressed.
- Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote self-management and resilience.
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines.
- Engage actively in professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and continuous education on current best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidenced by a strong foundation in treatment modalities and therapeutic practices.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective treatment strategies for varied populations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries within therapeutic relationships.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and management of patient information.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
