This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Review customer purchase orders and associated documents
- Process and input incoming orders into internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates
- Prepare customs paperwork for international shipments
- Track in-house orders and assist with inventory prep
- Support general customer service functions and administrative tasks
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or contract review
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)

- Office-based role with occasional exposure to shop conditions
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. persons only)
