Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide exceptional educational support for 4th-grade students in an elementary school setting. The position involves delivering resource room pull-out services designed to assist students with special needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. The contract role begins ASAP and runs through June 18, 2026, with a commitment of 35 hours per week, five days per week.

Key responsibilities include tailoring individualized instruction to meet diverse learning needs, collaborating with general education staff, and maintaining thorough documentation of student progress. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering student growth are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Massachusetts DESE Special Education Certification is required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in 4th grade
• Expertise in delivering specialized instruction and pull-out services within a resource room setting
• Ability to create and adapt instructional plans tailored to individual student needs
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative approach to team teaching
