Your Role
As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA, you are a key support provider ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during your shift
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
-
Provide safety checks
-
Support mobility and toileting needs
-
Observe and report changes in resident condition
-
Follow care plans and document services provided
-
Provide calm, reassuring resident support
-
Collaborate with nursing and care team
This is relationship-based care — even overnight, your presence makes a meaningful difference.
Qualifications
-
Active HHA or CNA certification preferred (Massachusetts)
-
Assisted Living, Memory Care, or home care experience preferred
-
Ability to work part time schedule
-
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Strong communication and attendance reliability
