Room Attendant - Sheraton Hotel

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to established quality and performance standards.
- Organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets on assigned floors to ensure efficiency and readiness.
- Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures, reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring uniform and personal hygiene standards are met.
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information and proprietary hotel operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
