As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Vermont

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
