Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Provide respiratory therapy services in a 25-bed critical access hospital environment.
  • \n

  • Manage ventilators and other respiratory care equipment effectively.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple units including M/S, ED, and Birthing Center.
  • \n

  • Ensure patient care documentation is accurately completed in Epic systems.
  • \n

  • Float to different units as needed to support hospital operations.
  • \n

  • Adhere to hospital's dress code and professional appearance standards.
  • \n

Qualifications\n

    \n
  • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist; eligibility to take the NBRC exam.
  • \n

  • Vermont state licensure required as a respiratory care practitioner.
  • \n

  • Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP; PALS required upon submission.
  • \n

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
  • \n

  • Recent NICU experience within the past year and familiar with all age groups including ICU/ED floors.
  • \n

  • Epic experience required from the past 2 years; nonnegotiable.
  • \n
